# Returns & Refunds

At CHICLEISURE INC, we take great care in the presentation and quality of every order.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at **support@chicleisure.ca**. To help us review your request promptly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution following review.

Refunds are considered **case by case** and, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.

At this time, we do not accept general returns for items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or otherwise changed after delivery. We also do not guarantee returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons unless otherwise stated.

If a return is required before a refund or replacement is issued, we will provide instructions directly by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
